I understand this personally. I am 53. I have built and led businesses, worked long hours, and lived through the physical and psychological cost of sustained high performance. In my teens I competed at national level in cycling. At 22, spinal surgery altered my physical trajectory permanently. In my thirties and forties I pushed hard, burned out, and paid the price. In my fifties I rebuilt — deliberately, intelligently, and sustainably — while living daily with the long-term effects of that injury.

This is not theory. It is lived experience.

I work with a maximum of ten clients at any one time.

This allows for precision, not volume. Individualisation, not templates. Outcomes, not attendance.
